Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Since we provide a professional consultancy service, refunds are typically not possible once the consultancy and data verification process has been initiated by our team (usually within 4 hours of payment).

2. Full Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund ONLY IF:

  • You request a cancellation within 1 hour of making the payment.
  • We are unable to process your request due to internal service issues.

3. Rejections

If your application is rejected by government authorities or vendors due to incorrect information provided by you (the user), our consultancy fee will NOT be refunded as our verification work was already performed based on your input.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original source of payment.
