Users are responsible for providing 100% accurate vehicle information (Registration No., Chassis No., Engine No.). Any errors in the data provided by the user may lead to rejection of the application by authorities, for which PlateConsult is not responsible.
4. Consultancy Fees
The fee visible on the payment page is our professional consultancy fee. This fee is non-refundable once the verification and consultancy process has started. This fee is separate from any official manufacturer or government charges.
5. No Affiliation
As stated throughout the site, we are a private entity. We do not issue plates ourselves; we act as consultants to help you obtain them through official channels.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our consultancy service at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
